My first book, The Merc and the Courtesan has now been released and can be found on Amazon as an eBook, paperback, and hardback. It's also available through Kindle Unlimited.
Yes, all of the books in the Grim Security series will be connected, and characters will make appearances in other books. The books in my dark romance series, the Mortis Brotherhood, will also be connected in the same fashion.
These books are meant to be read in order, so it could be confusing to read them out of it with the exception of books 1 and 2 in the Grim Security series as they run concurrently in events. They could be read in either order with little to no issues as they can both serve as an introduction.
Anything you can do for an indie author can be supportive. Buying a paperback or hardback directly from me nets me the most royalties. However, even reading through KU which offers the lowest royalties is greatly appreciated. I'm a KU reader and I know how expensive books are, especially when trying out a new author. KU is also fun because authors get to see the progress people are making on their books. Liking, commenting, and sharing on social media is a free way to help your favorite indies.
